Sourcing & Stones

01 — Five questions
How do you source your diamonds?
We work directly with Worldwide wholesalers and manufacturers who've been in the business for decades. Our network gives us access to stones that never reach retail shelves. Every diamond is sourced with full traceability and verified before it reaches your hands.
Are your diamonds certified?
Yes. Every stone we source comes with independent certification from GIA or any other reputable grading lab. The certificate comes with your diamond — it documents the cut, clarity, colour and carat, and protects the value of your purchase.
What makes Antwerp pricing different?
Antwerp is where diamonds move. We buy direct from wholesalers, which means you skip the traditional retail markup entirely. The savings are real.
Can I see the diamond first?
We can arrange virtual viewings with photos and videos. You see the stone under proper lighting before any money changes hands.
What if I don't find what I want?
We source. If the stone doesn't exist in inventory, we find it. That's what we do. It takes time sometimes, but we don't settle. In the unlikely event we can't find what you're looking for, the rule is simple — no deal, no cost for you.

The Process

02 — Five questions
How does the consultation work?
A private call or video meeting, typically thirty minutes. We listen first — what you're looking for, what matters to you, your budget. We give you an estimate and price ranges for your desired size, quality and budget. And then we move from there.
How quickly will you reply?
We respond to your enquiries within one day.
Is the consultation free?
Yes. The consultation, sourcing, and shortlisting are all without obligation. We charge only if you decide to proceed with a stone. No deal, no cost.
Can I visit Antwerp?
By appointment, Monday through Friday. We arrange viewings shortlisted stones. We can help you if you need help with flights or hotels.
How long does sourcing take?
Simple requests take a few days. Complex specifications can take a little longer. We move fast, but we move right. Once we agree on the diamond and the design the full process takes around two to three weeks. If you only want a diamond it takes less time.

Pricing & Payment

03 — Five questions
How is the commission calculated?
The commission is a fixed percentage of the net diamond price, scaled by tier. You see the wholesale stone price, the percentage, and the resulting fee — line by line, before any decision is made.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The net diamond price plus our commission fee is the total. This includes the certification. In case shipping is needed, it is usually around 2% of the value and shown up front.
How do payments work?
Bank transfer, in any major currency. We accept a deposit at the point of agreement and the balance once the stone is verified. All transactions are documented.
Can I request a written quote?
Always. Once we shortlist your stones, you receive a written quote per candidate — certificate number, net price, commission, total. No verbal pricing.
What if I don't proceed?
No deal, no cost. We act as broker — if no transaction completes, you owe nothing.

Bespoke & Service

04 — Two questions
Can you customise jewelry?
Completely. We work with master craftsmen in Antwerp to create custom engagement rings and bespoke jewelry. You choose the stone, design the setting, and we handle the rest. The process typically takes two to three weeks.
Can I bring my own designer?
Always welcome. We work alongside outside designers and jewellers regularly. We focus on the stone, they focus on the setting. Or we do both — your choice.
